Announcements

Join hundreds of thousands of volunteers from throughout the United States and World on September 19, 2015 to collect and tally debris from our shorelines. The data will be compiled and sent to the Ocean Conservancy to be used to affect change in behavior and encourage legislation to reduce the amount of debris deposited in our oceans.

THANKS...

The 2014 cleanup was wonderful here in Maryland, with almost 1,400 volunteers throughout the state came out to help clean up our local waterways. We collected almost 138,000 lbs. of trash that filled 1350 trash bags. We kept that trash from washing into our rivers and Bay. Thanks to all our volunteers and hope you will join us for this year’s cleanup. Go to www.signuptocleanup.org in August and find a local site to join OR find a site of your own and get friends and family to join you. Thanks also to the many businesses and stores that supported the cleanup this year, including: Home Depot Wal-Mart Target Sam’s Club Google Map of Sites
